What are the dates of the cruise?
We set sail on Thursday, August 21, 2006 and we return early Monday morning on August 21, 2006. This long weekend gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy a short, relaxing getaway without spending a lot of time away from the office or home.

What does the cruise rate include?
Your cruise rate includes accommodations, meals, shipboard activities and entertainment, port charges and taxes, and exclusive POW! events. The rate does not include gratuities and optional shipboard expenses (alcohol, casino, gift shop purchases, shore excursions, etc.). You must book your cruise through PTS Travel in order to attend the POW! events.

Can I bring my spouse and/or children?
Yes! Spouses and children are welcomed to join you! While you enjoy the workshops and events, your children will be well cared for in Camp Carnival. Theyll have the time of their life participating in events just for kids. Camp Carnival activities are provided at no additional cost to you. Of course, there will be plenty of free time as well, allowing you to enjoy the ship activities, gourmet meals and the beautiful islands with your family. Please call us for third and fourth person rates. Please be advised that third and fourth-person cabins are very limited, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Please contact us immediately if you require a cabin that holds more than two people.

I also need air and hotel reservations. Should I make those arrangements myself?
PTS Travel is a full-service travel agency, and will be happy to handle all of your travel needs. Please contact us to discus additional travel arrangements you may need. For added convenience, a group of rooms will be reserved at a hotel located near the Port of Jacksonville for those of you who may require overnight accommodations prior to the cruise (more information to be provided shortly).

What if I need to cancel?
Don't worry! You can reserve your cabin now absolutely risk-free. Should your plans change, you can cancel with a full refund of your deposit anytime before June 12, 2006 (when final payment will be due). Reserving your cabins now will guarantee you the best choice of cabin location and dining assignments.

Do I need travel insurance?
Although travel insurance is optional, we highly recommend that you never travel without it! PTS Travel will discuss your travel insurance needs when you call to confirm your reservation.

How do I get to the Port of Jacksonville?
The JAXPORT Cruise Terminal is located at 9810 August Drive, Jacksonville FL 32226. For specific driving directions, visit their website: http://www.jaxport.com/sea/c_drex.cfm. You can park your car at the port for $12.00 per day. We will be proving shuttle transportation from a central location in Jacksonville to the ship. Pickup location and costs will be announced at a later date. If you are interested, please let PTS Travel know when you make your reservation. If you are flying into the Jacksonville airport, you can purchase transfers from Carnival Cruise Lines. A CCL representative will meet you at baggage claim on the morning of your arrival to transfer you to the ship via motorcoach. PTS Travel will assist you with your transportation needs.
