CRUISE FOR FREE Frequently Asked Questions   How does the "Cruise for Free" Program work?  Every cruise line offers special incentives for groups of people who cruise together on the same ship and sailing date. The group incentive is called a "Free Tour Conductor Cabin." The cruise line gives the Tour Conductor (or group leader) a complimentary cabin based upon a certain amount of cabins sold. The minimum number of cabins to qualify for this incentive varies by cruise line, ship and sailing date. It can be as little as "1 Free Cabin for Every 8 Cabins Sold" to as high as "1 Free Cabin for Every 15 Cabins Sold".  What is a Tour Conductor? The tour conductor is the person or persons escorting the group onboard the cruise. To compensate you for bringing together this group, we will award you the "Free Tour Conductor Cabin". How many people can I put in my free cabin? The Free Tour Conductor Cabin is for two passengers. Additional passengers sailing in your cabin pay the normal reduced rae for the cruise. Who pays the port taxes? You are responsible for paying the applicable port taxes and government fees. Where is the free Tour Conductor Cabin located? The free cabin is determined by the category type and the quantity you sold. For example, if you sold 15 Oceanview Category K cabins, then your free Tour Conductor Cabin will be oceanview category K or better. In addition, we identify you as a VIP, and the best upgrades will go to you! Do I need any special training? No special training required! Simply gather together your friends, family, and/or co-workers - anyone you know who needs a great vacation at a great value. Get them to join you on your selected ship and sailing date. We'll do the rest! What do you provide to help me? Brochures, flyers, posters, videos, registration forms, all invoicing and paperwork, payments, questions, postage. We do it all! We'll even track your registrations for you, and send you a progress report regularly. We'll even give you a FREE website page that includes all of the cruise details, ship photos and other information you can send to your group members!
